Ileana Petisco, RN, BSN, MSN
Administrator and Director of Nursing
Ileana graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Miami in 2010 and later returned for her MSN in 2015. Nursing research and implementing an evidence-based nursing approach to provide compassionate, holistic and quality care to her patients, based on the latest knowledge, is her passion. She has spent over 20 years in Healthcare and has 15 years of nursing experience. Additionally, she has worked at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine and The University of Miami Hospital among other South Florida Hospitals. She has a wealth of hands-on patient care & post operative care experience, as she has held nursing positions in the Operating Room, Recovery and Step-down units. She leads our team of nursing & healthcare professionals at Living Waters Healthcare by providing hands on nursing care and meticulous staff oversight.

Joe graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and has over 30 years of Business Administration and Financial Services Experience.
