Qualifications
- Licensed CRA/HHA
- 1 Year minimum experience
- Pass a Level 2 Background check
- Pass a drug screening test
- Current Required CEUs
- Current Health & Vaccination Records
Duties & Responsibilities
- 1:1 patient care (providing assistance with bathing, feeding, ambulating, dressing, etc…)
- Monitoring and documenting Vital Signs
- Communicating with ARNP/RNs
- Accompanying patient to Doctor’s visits
- Exceptional bedside manners
- Following Safety and Patient Care Protocols
